Leo was great! I had a much better experience working with Leo than I have in the past with other car salespeople, and I really felt that he and his team were doing everything they could to get me the best possible deal and leave with a car I loved. He took his time with explaining all the details of the deal, I never felt pressured to make any decisions I didn’t want to. All the costs were transparent from the get go and I was never presented with any fees or charges I wasn’t expecting. And he also went above and beyond in helping me sort out the return of the rental I drove in on. Highly recommend Leo and his team!

Had a great experience here! I made an appointment ahead of time and things went smoothly, they had my car ready to test drive right away. Good fair pricing, car was very clean. It had a windshield crack but they offered to fix it free of charge. In and out in less than 3 hours. Would recommend, I used outside financing.
Hands down the best experience I’ve had buying a car! Tim and Terrill were hands down the best. They got me into a car 5 years newer than my current one with a lower car payment. Even with a chapter 7 bankruptcy on my credit they got me into a newer car with low miles.
They called me in. I told them my situation and my budget. I picked a car. We looked at it drove it. I liked the car. I drove home in it the same day. True story. As long as your honest with yourself about what you can afford it's a great place to buy a car. They're used cars, be reasonable in your expectations. The car I got was above. Wish I could remember my sales mans name.
My experience with Leo was 10/10. I came in expecting the worst and left with my dream car. Very helpful and the salesmen went above and beyond to help me get my fully packaged jeep grand Cherokee! Financed it and drove it off the lot in a matter of 48 hours of finalization. Great staff and would highly recommend this dealer for those who are looking to receive an affordable but dated vehicle. I’d give 10 stars but there’s not enough for the internet. They couldn’t handle the exceptional deal even if they tried.

Got a pristine 2014 minivan (still had original plastic protective wrap on some parts). Ktim and Paul were great. They followed up on some small details with no problem and not having to go back. The lot is full of really clean used vehicles.
I came in by chance. They had advertised a Volkswagen I wanted. My son was in Harborview after being airlifted totaling my car as a victim of being hit by a drunk driver. Terrill replied to my email, I told him what I wanted and this deal needed to be via email not even phone calls. I told him that my son was still in Harborview but I needed a car before he came home. He found a way to make it work into my budget for me, he went above and beyond. He walked into one of the worst times of my life and made it a breeze!

Just got a great value here. Thanks Carlos & Terrell, I appreciate your professionalism and no nonsense logic. I got the truck I wanted at a fair price and the financing I needed. No bs. Easy and smooth. Hoping our vehicle delivery goes well later this week, but based on today's experience I feel good. We did our due diligence and researched our needs, inspected the vehicles, and asked for what we wanted. I'm comfortable referring folks here and would come back if I needed to make another used car purchase.

Love this place you guys and especially if you have bad credit I would highly recommend this place to you, it's got a huge selection of cars to choose from lots of good cars I came in told them my expectations and that I only wanted to look. They didn't pressure me into filling out an application and based on my budget they showed me a few cars got to test drive 2 and they worked with me to bring down the price and after finding the car I wanted a Volvo btw they actually got me approved by a bank and yes I was expecting high interest but that's how it's played y'all
